This is a good fit! This is what we work hard to achieve when we develop new shoes. The foot is in about as natural a position as possible – especially given that it is in a closed dress shoe. Specific Elements of Fit to Notice:
Result: This foot can walk! The arch is maintained in proper alignment, the toes have room to grip and push off, and the joints are not being stressed or strained in abnormal directions. Good News for ALL Feet: This is a fairly difficult foot shape to fit, because the first four toes are about the same length. If a shoe accommodates this difficult foot shape, it will easily accommodate feet with shorter or more graduated toes. |
