send you further information and notice of special sales and events regarding
Nota Bene unless you tell us you are not interested. We do not collect your credit
card information. We use PayPal. Their fees are our investment to ensure your
financial information security.
14 Day Return Policy (Free Return Shipping via FedEx)
If for some reason you need to return or exchange the shoes, we must get
the shoes and box back in sellable condition within 14 days. Here is what
to do: replace all stuffing, tuck the shoes in carefully, and pack the
box carefully too. Include a note with your name, address, and a brief
explanation for the return (this helps us with our new product development).
For free return shipping, affix the return label and take it to the nearest
Fedex / Kinko's drop point. Otherwise, track the shipment and send to:

As soon as we receive the shoes and verify their condition, we will exchange
or refund your shoes. Shipping is not refundable.
Shipping and Handling
- Domestic Ground Service via FedEX Ground or UPS or USPS costs $12.00 for the first pair of shoes and $3 for each additional pair. Return shipping will be provided FREE!
- Domestic Next Day Air Service via FedEx or UPS or USPS costs $42 for the first pair of shoes and $9 for each additional pair.
- Shipping via FedEx to the United Kingdom (England) costs $48.00 for the first pair and $9 for each additional pair.
- Request shipping cost to any Continnental European country from the Fulfillment Manager via e-mail with your exact physical address and mailing codes.
- For APO and PO Boxes we can only offer USPS; FedEx and UPS cannot ship to these addresses.
